Yes. Layaways are available for up 90 days. We require a 25% deposit. You will be billed each month for the remaining balance up to 90 days. Once we have received your full payment we will process your order and ship it out to you.

I haven't received my order. Can I track my package?

With our free first class shipping there is no tracking number available. You can only track packages that have been shipped via Priority Shipping. Contact us for your tracking number and we can see where it is located.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Engravable pieces unless the product is defective, damaged or the item was personalized incorrectly due to our error.

We want to be sure your bracelet fits you perfectly. We can re-size it for free. Shipping is not included. Please contact us within the first 15 days of purchase to receive return instructions.

To prevent silver from tarnishing keep the jewelry in a tarnish-resistant clothe pouch or bag. Keeping light and air off of the silver prevents it from tarnishing.

Clean with mild soap and water, pat dry. Or you can use a silver polishing cloth. Try to avoid polishing the Swarovski Crystals as it can take the luster off. Do not use any liquid silver cleaner as it could remove the antique finish on some beads.

No. Never let your bracelet soak in water, as it will corrode the stainless steal wire. It is best to remove jewelry when washing hands, bathing, exercising, washing dishes, or swimming. Chemicals can be hard on jewelry parts.
