In order to make a purchase we require your contact information such as name, email, address and shipping address. This information is only used to process your order. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.

Do you offer layaway?
A:
Yes. Layaways are available for up 90 days. We require a 25% deposit. You will be billed each month for the remaining balance up to 90 days. Once we have received your full payment we will process your order and ship it out to you.

How much is shipping?

We ship all our orders First Class Mail for FREE.
We offer Priority Shipping for an extra $5.00. We also offer Priority Shipping with Insurance for an extra $6.50.
Q: Delivery Time
How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Engravable jewelry can take up to 7-10 business days. Handcrafted Jewelry/Accessories can take up to 3-5 business days.
Q: Shipping
I haven't received my order. Can I track my package?
A:
With our free first class shipping there is no tracking number available. You can only track packages that have been shipped via Priority Shipping. Contact us for your tracking number and we can see where it is located.
Q: Warranty Policy
Does my handcrafted bracelet have a warranty?
A:
Yes. Your bracelet is guaranteed against breakage up to 90 days.
Q: Bracelet Broke
My bracelet broke. What do I do?
A:
If your piece should break within your first 90 days of purchase, contact us for warranty repair.
After 60 days, there is a $5.00 per strand re-stringing fee and $4.60 for shipping and handling.

Q: Return Policy
Do you accept returns?
A:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Engravable pieces unless the product is defective, damaged or the item was personalized incorrectly due to our error.
Q: Sizing
My bracelet doesn’t fit.
A:
We want to be sure your bracelet fits you perfectly. We can re-size it for free. Shipping is not included. Please contact us within the first 15 days of purchase to receive return instructions.
Q: Bracelet Tarnish
How do I keep my bracelet from tarnishing?
A:
To prevent silver from tarnishing keep the jewelry in a tarnish-resistant clothe pouch or bag. Keeping light and air off of the silver prevents it from tarnishing.
Q: Cleaning Bracelet
How do I clean my bracelet?
A:
Clean with mild soap and water, pat dry. Or you can use a silver polishing cloth. Try to avoid polishing the Swarovski Crystals as it can take the luster off. Do not use any liquid silver cleaner as it could remove the antique finish on some beads.
Q: Caring For Bracelet
Can I bathe or swim while wearing my bracelet?
A:
No. Never let your bracelet soak in water, as it will corrode the stainless steal wire. It is best to remove jewelry when washing hands, bathing, exercising, washing dishes, or swimming. Chemicals can be hard on jewelry parts.
